The Jacksonville Jaguars are headed to New Orleans for a joint practice with the Saints — and THIS could be the most important evaluation of Jaguars training camp so far. With most Jacksonville starters expected to sit during the preseason game, the joint practice becomes our opportunity to see Trevor Lawrence and the Jaguars' first units tested against somebody other than their own teammates.

What am I looking for?
🐆 Can Trevor Lawrence and the offense execute against an unfamiliar defense?
💪 Does the Jaguars offensive line hold up when the opponent doesn't already know its tendencies?
💥 Can Josh Hines-Allen, Travon Walker and the Jacksonville pass rush create consistent pressure?
👀 How do Brian Thomas Jr., Parker Washington and Travis Hunter look against the Saints secondary?
🔥 And when adversity hits, how does Liam Coen's team RESPOND?
Here’s what I expect to see when the Jaguars get their first major outside test of 2026 training camp.
